JANUARY TO MARCH 2002 PRAISE AND PRAYER
MONDAY
1. Pray for the souls saved as a result of doing the bible courses and for spiritual
growth in their lives.
2. Associate Schools as they continue using the lessons in their various ministries.
3. Those God has been using to meet our financial needs, for God's blessing
upon their lives and their work.
TUESDAY
4. Spiritual growth and dedication of SOL staff, Associate Schools, Executive,
Trustees, Patrons and friends.
5. More Associate Schools to be opened to reach out to more people with the
Bible Courses.
6. SOL Ghana staff as they trust God to Raise 50% of their monthly allowance
locally.
WEDNESDAY
7. Pray for students coming directly to the office to study the Bible Courses.
8. Outreach of SOL Ghana through Schools, prisons and film shows.
9. Open door to promote the use of Lessons in some FM Radio Stations in Accra
and for permanent airtime.
THURSDAY
10. Pray for Dan & Gifty Sappor as they plan deputation and participate
in SOL 50th anniversary in the USA from 26 April to 10 October, for God's provision
and open doors.
11. Outreach to the Northern Region of Ghana and Calvary Gospel Centre Associate
School inauguration from January 1 - 11, and for distributing Centre in the
North.
12. Praise God for 4WD Toyota which we now have for the work and for Atlanta
Bible Baptist Church donating a total of $26,000.00 for the purchase of this
vehicle.
FRIDAY
13. Rural School Project at Attorman needs 3 additional rooms and teacher's
residence while Mprumem School needs 6 new classrooms to replace the mud building
now being used.
14. Recent terrorist attack on USA, those who lost parents, relatives or friends
and the effect this is having on the world's economy.
15. Finance Committee as they help to keep proper financial records as well
as seek to raise funds for the ministry.
SATURDAY
16. $50,000 needed for SOL Ghana's permanent national office before November
2002 when our present rent expires.
17. Pray for a Christian businessman who is working on plans to get SOL Ghana
into a project that will generate funds to help the ministry.
18. Pray for the Reading Room Project and its needs, Dunkwa Beposo Church as
well as the Orphanage.
SUNDAY
19. SOL Home Office in USA as well as branches in other countries
20. SOL Annual General Meeting on 22 March and Associate Schools Leadership
Seminar on 23 March, 2002.
21. One million cedis needed monthly to sponsor weekly Bible teaching on Channel
R 92.7 FM.
